Link to Measure: Family-Centered Care Assessment (FCCA)
| Description | The FCCA-F questionnaire was created by Family Voices in collaboration with families, pediatric providers, health researchers, and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) professionals. It includes 24 items designed to capture caregivers’ perspectives on the care their child receives from a healthcare provider. The tool has been validated for outpatient settings with families of children with special health care needs, making it appropriate for use when families have an ongoing relationship with a provider rather than for one-time visits. |
