Our research network conducts interdisciplinary, multi-site projects to examine key factors that influence the well-being, quality of life, and engagement of CYSHCN and their families. We identify critical gaps, design actionable solutions, inform policy, improve care systems, and promote family involvement.
- Our research is guided by a framework to improve the system of services for CYSHCN (formerly the Blueprint for Change) and our National Research Agenda. We partner with individuals with lived experience, Family Voices, and 15 leading academic children’s hospitals across the U.S. to study care systems and the priorities that matter most to CYSHCN and their families.
